What counts as a report?
One property walkthrough — single or multiple videos of the same property — processed into one downloadable snag report.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account. Changes are worked out pro-rata to the day.
How does billing work?
The Free plan needs no card. Solo is £59/month (or £47/month billed annually — 20% off), billed immediately at checkout via Stripe. Cancel at any time. Crew is £99/month (£79/month annually) — one inspector, but you can share reports with your team and contractors and collect their feedback. Team is £179/month (£143/month annually) with 100 reports shared across up to 5 seats.
Will the reports stand up legally?
Every report is a timestamped, factual record of detected defects by room and severity — built to stand as evidence, not opinion.
